Why are there letters after some of your products?
All crystals are unique and come from the earth in different shapes, sizes and colors. The letters after a products name indicates that you'll be receiving that specific crystal shown in the images. The images with a single item are the exact you'll receive if there is a letter after the name. For example Black Opal Tower (B).
What Is your shipping policy?
We currently ship to the US and Canada. All domestic shipping is free for purchases over $35. If you're interested in having an item shipped to a different country please contact us at info@highvibedesigned.com and we will see what we can do to accommodate.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your items! We offer a 15 day return policy on eligible items. See our refund policy link located at the bottom of our site for more details. If there are any issues or concerns with any items you've purchased please reach out to info@highvibedesigned.com You MUST contact us to start a return process.
My package is lost/stolen/damaged, what do I do?
High Vibe Designed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You'll want to contact your postal provider. HOWEVER we do highly recommend purchasing our shipping insurance at check out. It is a small additional fee that insures your package if lost, stolen and even damaged while on its way to you. We do our best to package items so they will be protected but sometimes the unexpected can happen and this will insure your purchase.
